A loose dog that collapsed on the road in front of my car , then ran around the back and jumped in while I was in front trying to check on him.( suckered). Located his owner, who agreed to give him to me because he broke his chain and ran away a lot. Cooper is a 100 lb, gentle giant, super ball fetching boy without an enemy in the world.
