Uno never meets a stranger! He is currently in training to become a therapy pet with Hand in Paw (they are so excited). When Uno was 5 months old, he had his eye removed and surgery to correct his hip as he doesn't have a ball-and-socket joint on one side. Uno has the most special spirit of any animal I have taken care of. He calms my feral foster cats, gives positive interactions to dogs who have never seen a cat before, and has even let a toddler lay her head on his belly while we were all waiting outside for brunch. We are anxious for the stay-at-home order to end so he can continue meeting people and making a difference in their lives.
