Each entry is a $10 fee and is non-refundable.
Votes are $1 each (every $1 donation counts as one vote and is non-refundable).
There is a limit of one dog per photo entry. People are not allowed in photos. No breed restrictions. Contest is open to all dogs, not just Out of the Pits alumni.
By submitting a photo entry, you acknowledge that your entry is your own original work. *Please do not use photos from previous professional photography sessions*
Photos deemed offensive or obscene will be removed from the contest.
The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 50 entries that receive the most votes. Winners will be monitored by GoGo Photo Contest and are final.
The top 50 entries will win a professional photo session with Amy Z Photography at a discounted rate of $225 that will be scheduled for a date sometime between June 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026 at predetermined locations throughout the Capital District (within a 50 mile radius of 12065) . If you are unable to commit, schedule or travel to a photo session during this time, you forfeit your winnings and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot. No exceptions. $25 from each session will be donated to Out of the Pits.
Each week during the voting time period, a select number of voters with the most votes will win raffle prizes. The prizes will be announced at the beginning of each week. If you are unable to accept the raffle prize, you forfeit your winnings and the next top voter will receive the raffle prize.
Contest winners will have the option to apply their $225 fee to one of the three Amy Z Photography outdoor packages (Signature, Premium or Luxe) in order to upgrade their experience to include additional digital images and printed products; this upgrade will include the contest winnings.
