Even though Charlie was born deaf he was a very happy fellow. Hand signals were a way to communicate with him and he did great. Loved to walk and go on car ride adventures daily. Loved to watch people especially little people. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye August 15. He was only 2 1/2 years old and still had more adventures to go on. You will forever be in our hearts. We love you
