Every pet photo submitted will be included in the printed 2026 Abandoned Pet Rescue (APR) calendar! This special edition calendar is a great way to celebrate your beloved pet(s) while supporting over 200 adoptable cats and dogs at APR, Fort Lauderdale’s no-kill animal shelter. Display it at home, at work, or give it as a gift to fellow animal lovers and help spread the word about pet adoption.

• Submit a photo of your pet(s) or an APR adoptable pet for a $10 donation per image.
• Every photo submitted will appear in the calendar.
• Limit of 2 pets per photo. People are not allowed in the photos.
• You may also reserve a specific date in the calendar for your pet (see below).
• The top 12 photos with the most votes, that meet eligibility requirements, will be featured as monthly covers.
• Submit your photos until 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, August 23, 2025.

Submitting a photo does not include a calendar. To receive a copy of the 2026 APR Calendar, you must:

Want to guarantee placement in our calendar on a particular date? Your photo can be featured on a specific day for an additional $15 dollars (in addition to the submission fee.) Choose your photo, your day (such as your pet's birthday or adoption day) and pay. You're in! If another submission has already reserved your special day, you will be contacted to choose another date.
