My Pet's Story
This is Chrissy Snow (named after the late Suzanne Summers character Chrissy, on Threes Company) I was going to PetSmart one day to pick up food for my other two cats and immediately felt a draw to a cat cage in the store when walked in the door. When I went to the cage, there she was, all by herself. She had recently had one of her legs amputated because her prior owner had severely abused her. At the time her skin was still shaved, and you could see the scar, but she was jumping and playing around like nothing was wrong. My heart immediately melted, and I had to have her. She has turned into a beautiful cat who is now almost a year old. I don’t think she realizes that she is missing a leg because she can do more than one of my older cats as far as getting around goes (and the older cat is only three years old!). She is still a bit skittish and afraid of strangers, but she is a very loving cat. I’m so glad I found her!
