I got Jax from my vet. The previous owners didn't want him and asked my vet to find him a home. Jax's magic is the ability to heal. I got Jax two months before my dad died. Losing a parent isn't easy. And dealing with grief on top of some health challenges at the time, was beyond difficult. Jax being at my side 24/7 brought me the comfort and healing to navigate thru this journey. And a dog's love is not only healing but magical.
