Shay was found abandoned and starving along railroad tracks in Kern County. The family who found her brought to the Bakersfield shelter to be shown on their Lost & Found but graciously fostered her for 3 months. I adopted Shay in mid April from the shelter. She's about 5 years old. Shay offers love to every person and dog she meets. She loves kids and has the most nurturing, selfless soul. She is such a blessing. ❤️ #adoptdontshop
