Describe your art here - type of art, techniques and materials used, what your art represents and what it means to you.Shot with a Canon 40D. On an early evening bus tour of Rome, the sunset created a magnificent backdrop for the Vittorio Emanuele Monument. Italy's beauty is like nowhere else, and the light reflecting off this ancient monument sums up the joy and beauty of an unforgettable vacation.
Please include your age, tumor type and date of diagnosis (patients & survivors only) and let us know how art has impacted your life.I am 51 years old and a 34 year survivor of a craniopharyngioma, diagnosed at age 16 in July of 1986. As creator and administrator of the Cranio Facebook page, brain tumor advocacy is a huge part of my life.
Traveling is where my heart is happiest, and I've been so blessed to see much of the world. I also am passionate about seeing children succeed in both education and life, and am proud to be a board member of a wonderful non-profit tutoring program for kids with educational needs.
