My Story
Louis was adopted when he was about 3 months old. He was sick when I adopted him but the prognosis was good.
Quickly, though, his health declined. The first vet I took him to thought he would likely die and told me to “return him to the shelter” so that “they could deal with this.” So...we went to a different vet who had enough empathy to take Louis into her care. Louis eventually fully recovered and just turned 1 year old. Clearly, from the photo, he is living his best kitten/rebellious/adorable life.
