3rd Annual AWL Cutest Rescue Pet Photo Contest

1. Entry fee is $20 per entry. The pet must be a current, living, rescued, or adopted dog or cat.
2. Online voting will begin after submissions are finalized on May 13. Online voting will end at 10:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.  
3. The top ten cats and top ten dogs will move forward to in-person voting at GBW: The Filling Station on Friday, May 30, 2025.  Voting resumes at 5:00 pm and concludes at 7:30 pm.   The winners will be announced as soon as votes are counted, hopefully by 8:00 pm.  The Filling Station is a family and pet friendly venue. 
4. The dog and cat with the highest votes, combining online and at event, will be the AWL mascots for 12 months starting June 1, 2025.
5. Due to online voting, contestants do not have to be local.
6. An animal who did not previously win can re-enter competition.

We work in close collaboration with animal shelters and rescues, standing by their side to create a safer and happier world for our beloved animals. In addition, we are passionate advocates for the enactment and reinforcement of animal protection laws, ensuring that the rights and well-being of all creatures are upheld and protected.
