How pet came to live with you?
Leona Mozingo called me one evening and told me she had a cat that she thought was thrown from a car. She was dragging her leg and had blood on her head. She had a respiratory issue as well. I went and got her. I didn't think she would make it through the night. I took her to Dr. Sasser the next morning. He told me her leg and tail were broke. Also her jaw was broken. He wired her jaw and treated the URI, but the leg and tail had to much damage. He said both would have to be amputated. She got along good, wearing her cone of shame. She was very attached to my husband. We were trying to find her a home. My husband sent me a message and picture of her sleeping in his spot on the couch and said "I think Hope has found her forever home. She didn't let her disability slow her down. She played and run around like any cat would. She is our love. This picture was snapped as she was looking up in a tree, as if she was checking it out to climb. She is a true survivor. She is living her best life. She has food, shelter and a safe place to cuddle with her Cat Daddy Bill. She's sleeping at his feet and sometimes on his head. He shares his food with her. She loves french fries and chicken. Her favorite treat is the Delectables Gravy. She plays with her adopted sister Colby Cheese. They are definitely living their best life.

Your pet’s favorite toys or things to do?
She loves boxes to hide in. She also goes out in the yard and catches things. Birds, she brought to Bill, still alive and he got it and let it go.
She brings in lizards. bugs and a cicada, that made an awful noise.
