Howie is a very sensitive boy from a rescue in Waynesboro, VA. He’s a very good boy when he wants to be and a rascal when he doesn’t. His favorite things include: raspberries, cardboard, pumpkin stems, and iPhone charging cables. He’s the sweetest, most handsome guy and I couldn’t love him any more!!
