Zero is a 5-year-old hound mix whose favorite activities include:

1. Eating dinner
2. Sleeping
3. Eating snacks
4. Begging for more snacks
5. Licking up any food crumbs she can find on the kitchen floor
6. Walking...if there are treats involved

She also has a funny little quirk: she loves to “trance”—walking slowly under plants so their leaves brush against her back. It seems to put her in a blissful little daze.

She was adopted on Halloween, so it only felt right to name her after the ghost dog from The Nightmare Before Christmas. She’s been anything but a nightmare for us, and we’re so grateful to AWLA for bringing her into our lives!
