Always outfitted in a tuxedo , Betty Biscuit brings to our family much joy and her love of fun and play. She is a runner, high jumper , and a leaper. She is always ready for a game of soccer, hide-and-seek, and fetch. She keeps her paw on the pulse of all household activities and contributes to daily chores, especially changing sheets. She practices mindfulness by starting each day with her yoga practice(cat-cow and shavasana are her favorites) and ends her day meditating by bird watching.
