Rules

To submit your pet's photo, a minimum $20 donation is required. This amount will enter you into the contest and, if you win one of the top-25 prizes inclusion in the 2022 AHS Calendar. All entry donations as well as votes are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.
All photos submitted for the AHS Calendar shall be placed at the discretion of the Arizona Humane Society. Any inappropriate images submitted will be removed at the discretion of AHS with no opportunity for a refund.
Contest winners may need to re-submit their photo to the Arizona Humane Society as a high-resolution, print-quality image. Winners will be notified where to send photos. If a high-resolution, print-quality image cannot be provided, the image will not be included in the calendar.
Each dollar donated to a pet's campaign represents one vote. There is a five-vote minimum.
All donations are tax-deductible by law.
All donations to the photo contest are final.
All photos and votes must be submitted for inclusion by 11:59:59 p.m. on July 31, 2021 (Arizona time).
Photos may include multiple pets, but if cat(s) and dog(s) appear together, you can only submit entry in one category.
Photos should not include people or human faces (hands, feet, etc., are acceptable).
One person may submit as many photos as they wish.
The Arizona Humane Society strongly encourages that all donations for the Pet Photo Contest be made online. However, in the event that you must submit an offline donation, please mail your gift to:

In the memo line of your check, please indicate whose campaign you are voting for (ex. "Vote for Toto Smith.")

Please note: Photos submitted offline may receive placement in the 2022 AHS Calendar, but will not be eligible for the Pet Photo Contest.

An email address is required to make an online donation so a receipt with tax information can be sent to the donor. If you would not like to receive AHS news and solicitations via email in the future, there is a checkbox that you can un-check at the time of your donation.
Entry into the contest gives AHS the rights to use the photos for publishing in the calendar as well as any marketing promotions.
