How does it work?
Five EASY steps- Submit a photo of your pet by going to "Participate" tab
- Make a $20 donation (the dogs thank you!)
- One of our AMAZING VOLUNTEER artists creates the artwork using the photo received of your pet
- We email/text you the artwork when its ready. You can print it, post it, frame it … have it tattooed on your back … it's really up to you!
- Vote and hope you win!
Where does the money go?
100% of the funds raised will be utilized for transportation, supplies, and veterinary care for foster dogs.
Who are these volunteer artists?
Students and seniors; cat lovers and dog lovers; hairstylists and history buffs; accountants and actresses … I think you get it, EVERYONE is an artist.
What's the fine print?
- We reserve the right to use your original photo and the artist's work in our promotional materials and merchandise sales.
- You will get a tax receipt for your donation.
- Photos with professional photographer watermarks are not permitted in this event
- Photos deemed offensive, indecent or obscene will be removed from this event
- Event runs from 6:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 24, 2023 to 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Monday, August 14, 2023

Did you say PRIZES?
YES! There are TWO ways to win. Everyone who submits a photo will be entered into a drawing to win one of the 3 prizes. The top 8 photos with the most votes will win personalized notecards with your photo on them.
3 randomly selected winners can select one of the following prizes:
Photos with the top votes win your pet(s) featured on a set of 8 notecards that will be on sale, following the event. You will receive 8 cards of your pet, plus a set of all winners – total of 16 cards.
Do I have to vote?
No, but we'd love to hear about your favorites and we hope you encourage your pet's fans to vote for them. Encourage voters by sharing on social media and helping to spread the word!
Votes are $1 each (every $1 donation counts as one vote and is non-refundable).
We are three non-profits who believe everything is better when you do it with friends. Rather than working in silos, we rely on each other to multiply the love we all share for the amazing animals we work with. We work with Greyhounds, Galgos, Podencos, Lurchers and sometimes others. Together we foster, adopt and transport dogs so they can live amazing lives.
