Rafferty is a fun loving and snuggly dog. He picked me by sitting on my foot anytime I stopped moving when he was 8 weeks old. He loves all other dogs, kids, and people in general. Rafferty doesn't fully believe that he is a dog as he likes to sit like up like a person in the passenger seat of my car.
