About Your Pet
Danny has faced many challenges in his life - medical problems, physical issues with the tibia in his back legs not fully forming, cruelty of people, and more that we'll likely never know about. But he has never let anything stop him from being a ray of sunshine! He immediately settled into his new forever home, accepting cats and becoming fast friends with his now partner-in-crime (and also a rescue mini-dachshund), Annie. Danny has learned to love toys, and after being away, we are greeted at the door by that little boy, squealing with joy and bringing a toy as a homecoming gift! He is thoughtful and loving, always there to cheer you up, and making sure the other pets are okay, too. He's a character, bringing laughs - with his newfound toy obsession, and how he lays on his back to paddle his little legs like he "wants to ride his bicycle!" Danny has so much love to give, and get. We're so happy to have rescued him - but he also came to us when we needed him most so perhaps, truly, it was him who rescued us.
