Bat World Battoo Contest

Welcome to our Battoo Photo Contest! Proceeds from this contest will benefit our worldwide rescue efforts for bats, as well as our permanent, non-releasable residents who call Bat World Sanctuary home.

Enter a photo of your own tattoo for a small $5 entrance fee, then encourage your friends and family to vote on your photo! Each vote is $1 and fans can vote as often as they wish! Photo winners will be a combination of 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes.

Our Work: Bat World Sanctuary is on the front line to end the mistreatment of bats. Each year we rescue hundreds of bats who might otherwise die. Lifetime sanctuary is given to non-releasable bats, including those that are orphaned, injured, and rescued from the exotic pet trade, zoos and research facilities. We are currently caring for over 600 non-releasable fruit bats as well as being involved in conservation efforts both locally and internationally.

Bat World was founded in 1994 and is a 501c3 non-profit, accredited organization with the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries.

1^st place:

2^nd place:

$125 gift certificate to batworldstore.org, a surprise goodie bag, and an “Adopt-a-Bat” of your choice

3^rd place:

$75 gift certificate to batworldstore.org, a surprise goodie bag and an “Adopt-a-Bat” of your choice

Rules

Participants may enter as often as they like.
Entry fee is $5 each entry.
Each vote is $1. Vote as many times as you'd like!
Winners are determined solely by vote donations.
Voting will end oﬃcially at 9:00:00 PM (Central Time) on Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Winners will be oﬃcially announced via Facebook and email.
Please make sure to send in quality photos.
No photos of minors, no explicit photos, grotesque bats, photos depicting violence or blood.
No offensive or explicit words or symbols.
All submitted photos are subject to review for offensive content. If your photo is refused a refund will not be provided.
Only photos of your own tattoos will be accepted.
Photographs may not be embellished with text or art and must not be copyrighted or watermarked.
All donation proceeds benefit Bat World Sanctuary. Standard hosting platform fees apply as required by GoGoPhotoContest.
All donations are non refundable.

About Us

We believe that great animal rescue organizations are judged not just by the scale of the work that they do, but by the impact that work has on the lives of the animals they rescue. We actively work with zoos, researchers and animal shelters to offer an alternative to death. Many of the bats in our care have lived terrible lives before coming to us and we provide the security and privacy they need to recuperate from their previous existence. We firmly believe that all living beings exist for their own reasons and have a right to a peaceful and happy life, just as humans do.
