What Does Your Tattoo Mean to You?
This is an original piece created by my friend, Tristan. For her it's one of her favorite creations, but for me it was such a personal piece that represents feeling like myself again. I have been lost to motherhood, but bats have remained near and dear to me. My nickname since middle school has been Battie. And this tattoo is just a beautiful reminder that I am still here, that I exist. Bats literally make my heart happy.
