Cleopatra came to rescue with 2 littermates , Clyde & Cesaer . Although technically not basset hounds , all 3 were adopted into loving homes and members of the rescue . Coming from humble beginnings and eventually ascending to royalty - Cleopatra the 1st rules her country , Kibblestan , with an iron paw and a warm heart .
