Oscar has been part of my family since October 2019. He came from a shelter in Pulaski, TN. He is a Belly Rubs alum and one of my many foster fails. He is a very opinated older gentleman so the name Oscar suits him well. He is definitely Oscar the grouch, but I love every grouchy ounce of him!
