Welcome to Bideawee’s cutest competition of the year! Inspired by the excitement of the World Cup, this year’s annual photo contest invites pets everywhere to compete for votes, prizes, and championship glory — all while helping homeless and vulnerable animals in need.

Whether your pet is a breakout rookie, a seasoned champion, or the lovable underdog (or cat!) ready to steal hearts, now’s their chance to take the world stage.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Enter Your Pet

Submit your favorite photo of your pet — whether it’s their shining moment, funniest fail, or most MVP-worthy pose.

Early Bird Entry: $15 through July 12

Regular Entry: $20 after July 12

2. Rally Your Fans

Once your pet is entered, you’ll receive a personal fundraising page to share with friends and family.

Every $1 donated = 1 vote for your pet AND helps support homeless and vulnerable animals through Bideawee. ❤️

3. Climb the Leaderboard

Voting runs through July 19th, the same day the World Cup champion will be crowned at MetLife Stadium. The pets with the most votes will rise to the top!

4. Meet the Champions

Winners will officially be announced on July 23rd.

Anyone who raises $250 or more will receive an exclusive ‘My Favorite Breed is Rescue’ decal.

At Bideawee, every vote helps provide care, shelter, and second chances for homeless and vulnerable pets. So while the competition may be Dogs vs. Cats on the surface, at the end of the day, we’re all Team Rescue.

Rules

The contest opens at 6:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The contest closes at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, July 19, 2026 Only funds raised within these dates will be considered.
To submit, there is a $15 early-bird submission fee through July 12, 2026, which will increase to $20 on July 13. Proceeds will go towards helping pets in need at Bideawee!
All submission photos must be of a single dog or cat. Multiple animals in one picture are not accepted.
Donations made in support of a participant are valued at one vote for every $1.00 donated. The minimum donation is $5 for 5 votes.
After entering a picture, you will receive a link to your pet’s own voting page, which you can share on social and send to your friends and family via email and text to get more votes.
All contestants must submit their photo to the GoGo Photo Contest website. We cannot accept applications or photos in person or via email at this time. All contestants must be entered in the competition by 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, July 19, 2026.
By submitting a photo, you acknowledge and give permission to Bideawee to use the name, story and photo of the animal entered in future publications, promotions and materials. You also confirm that you own the rights to the photo you are submitting.
All submissions must be of domesticated dogs or cats. Animals in contest photos must not be displaying any signs of distress (e.g., looking fearful or anxious). We reserve the right to remove your entry and/or ask for a new picture submission for any reason.
Winners and prizes will be officially announced on July 23, 2026. If the First-Place winner declines the First-Place prize, it will be deferred to the Second Place photo, etc.
