Phoebe has gone on to her furever home now and is living with a very nice adoptive dad and Bernese Mountain Dog brother, but before she left, she had an amazing transformation from a scared pile of matted fur in the corner of a kennel who could hardly walk, to a happy, romping, healthy pup whose beauty and smiley face delights us all. Here's to Phoebe, and another wonderful rescue transformation.
