Grover was pulled from a high kill shelter. He's lucky he wasn't drowned at birth by the breeder because his jaw and teeth are severely deformed. He has trouble eating, so we make him special meals. He isn't the brightest guy, but he's the goofiest, sweetest and most loving pup ever!
