My Story
BROOD rescued me from my life as a stray in July 2019.

I stayed with a wonderful foster family for a few weeks until I was adopted by forever family. I suffered from a host of medical issues, but I didn’t let them stop me from exploring the great outdoors and meeting the other dogs (including several other BROOD Bassets!) and their owners in my neighborhood.

My health took a turn for the worse in February 2020. I was diagnosed with canine cognitive dysfunction and spondylosis. It became increasingly difficult for me to walk and keep my balance. My family made the difficult and painful decision to help me to Rainbow Bridge just a few days before the pandemic set in.

I loved my time with my family and thank BROOD for giving me the months I had with them.
