My Story
Zoey is a five year old BHRG rescue pup and the official BROOD West Virginia Welcome Wagon leader! She has never met a stranger and is the first to enthusiastically welcome every BROOD foster into our home in West Virginia. She helps them settle in and realize that rescue isn’t such a scary thing. Zoey loves all other dogs, cats, her humans, barking with the neighborhood dogs, sneaking into the garden for fresh fruit and veggie snacks, belly and ear rubs, and visiting with her favorite neighbor, Ms. Peggy. She’s a pro at stealing hearts…and your snacks! She’s nosey, silly, sassy, bossy, and not afraid to tell you what to do!
