BTRTOC's mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and find new adoptive homes for Boston Terriers surrendered by private owners and obtained from shelters, humane societies and animal welfare organizations. Our teams of volunteers are located in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Georgia. We provide the ultimate in veterinary care for our dogs while in foster care. When these Boston Terriers go to their forever home they will have experienced a life-altering foster care program that provides the following: Safe home, love, compassion, he/she will be heartworm negative, up to date on all vaccinations, micro-chipped, with a new harness, leash and ID tag. Most importantly, a new lease on life!

BTRTOC also provides sanctuary care for Boston Terriers that are not available for adoption due to their age or health reasons. They may have been abandoned or had an owner unable to finance the veterinary care for their health issues. These dogs live out the rest of their lives in the comfort of a volunteer's home receiving veterinary care provided by BTRTOC.

BTRTOC is operated by volunteers and receives no public financial assistance; consequently, all our fundraising events are critical to our continued effort of rescuing, rehabilitating and finding new adoptive homes for Boston Terriers surrendered by private owners and obtained from shelters, humane societies and animal welfare organizations.
