Rules

Minimum tax deductible donation for submitting a photo in the contest is $10.
You may enter as many times as you like.
Entries will be accepted through February 14^th. Voting begins February 1^st and runs through March 15^th.
You must submit a photo of your dog(s)/cat(s) and include:

Name of Dog or Cat
Your Name
Your Email
Your City and State
A paragraph that tells voters something fun or interesting about the dog or cat in the photo

Photos must be in color, clear, of good quality and high resolution. We are only able to accept online submissions.
This contest is open to anyone.
Entrants must be 18 or older OR have permission from their parent or legal guardian.
Only photos of animals will be considered for publication. No people in the photos please.
ALL PHOTOS can be used by Bubba's Rescue. Entrants grant Bubba's Rescue authority to utilize each submitted photo in advertising and promotional materials without compensation or permission.
Any image or content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent or obscene, as determined by Bubba's Rescue, will be removed from the contest.
Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant, OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner and/or photographer to submit their pet's image. Copyrighted or professional photos must be accompanied by authorization from the photographer.
Donations are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law. Bubba's Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bubba's Rescue and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, Bubba's Rescue may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place from the next non-winning, eligible top-voted entry.
Prizes will be awarded based on voting totals.
Bubba's Rescue reserves the right to modify these rules without prior notification.
