Carolina Great Pyrenees Rescue is totally volunteer-managed and funded through donations, fundraising support, and adoption fees. Proceeds from CGPR's 8th Calendar Photo Contest will continue enhancing the new kennel as well as re-funding our severely depleted medical funds. The need has never been greater!
Entry Fee - $25.00 donation per photo submission including five votes. Please invite your friends and family to vote by sending them the URL for your entry. More votes = more Pyrs saved! Photo submissions should be high resolution, landscape-oriented and may only include Great Pyrenees, Pyr-mixes, their animal pack, and any livestock they protect.
Votes - $1 each. $5 minimum donation. More votes help more Pyrs live their best lives in furever homes. Pyr with the most votes will be the 2025 #NoPlaceLikeHome calendar cover-Pyr. The next twelve runners-up will be featured on calendar pages and CGPR social media pages throughout the year. The demand for rescue support is at an all-time high. These precious Pyrs deserve to live their lives surrounded by love and respect with ample food and care.

Your Pyr's Photo on Their Special Dates
Honor the Pyrs in your life. For a $25 donation per date reserved, your Pyr's photo will appear on the date(s) of your choice. Reserve a day to honor your Pyr's Gotcha Day, Birthday, Anniversary, or to reflect on a Pyrful life well-lived. Just choose your favorite photos and dates! First come, first reserved! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available. You can enter the same photo on dates in different months or a different photo on different dates in the same month. You need not enter the calendar photo contest to Reserve-a-Day. ***Please note: A photo of one Pyr works best due to the size of calendar date blocks. Please consider reserving calendars now to save ~$5 per calendar in shipping fees. This helps CGPR purchase the right number of calendars, so we don't waste valuable rescue funds on extra stock.
During this contest, calendars are available for a donation of $25 each including all applicable tax and shipping. Calendars will be shipped in time for holiday gifting. Contest entry not required. ***Please note: If reserving multiple calendars you would like shipped to an alternate address or additional addresses, please forward your calendar reservation receipt to
