In their own words, how would your Pyr tell their story?
Hi, I’m Carmine. I came to the rescue in April 2020 in the middle of an attack called Covid. I was 10 months old and for many months I didn’t get to meet any people except the 4 people I now call Mom, so I don’t do well meeting anyone else besides them. I am a permanent fixture at the rescue, but I have a big job protecting my moms and all the Pyrs that come through the rescue.
In 2024, there was another attack on the mountains called a hurricane, and 3 dogs came to the rescue to escape being hurt. One of them was Willow, a dog described as a Pyratolian. My moms figured out quickly that Willow was people selective like me, so Mom Shannon decided to see if we liked each other, and we did from the first moment. I now have a best friend, partner in crime, and a soulmate to help me do my big job! We are very happy at the rescue and would be even happier to have our picture in the calendar!
