Effie Trinket, formerly Fifi, was adopted from CSPCA in 2020. Like her 'Hunger Games' namesake, Effie is partial to the finer things: her lush window perch, lickable spoon treats, and her bounty of toys. Here she is showing her lover girl side as cupid.
