Habitat for Humanity–MidOhio is committed to providing opportunities for central Ohio families to live in homes that are safe, decent, and affordable. Through our Neighborhood Revitalization efforts and partnership with donors, volunteers, and the community we offer two main programs to accomplish this goal: our homeownership program for first-time homeowners and our home repair program for current homeowners. Habitat MidOhio uses volunteers to work alongside future homeowners to make their dream of homeownership a reality and helps current homeowners receive needed repairs to be able to remain in their current home. It's a great organization to support to improve the community and we serve 80-100 families each year! Funds from this event will support sponsoring the Playhouse Project in which Habitat Young Professionals will design and build a playhouse for young children to enjoy and dream about owning their own home one day!
