Since 1998, we have been dedicated to reducing the impact of poverty by providing essential furniture to local families and individuals struggling with severe life challenges. But we provide more than that. To our families, their furniture symbolizes hope, relief, stability, and a future as a family. On average, we provide essential furniture to 3,300 families every single year. How? We collect furniture donations from generous individuals and businesses around Columbus. We then connect with a family in need through one of our 75+ referring agencies. Soon after, a family comes to the Furniture Bank to handpick 5-20 pieces of furniture for their home. We deliver their new furniture and home goods that very day.
