We are Ohio’s statewide LGBTQ+ advocacy and education organization. For sixteen years, we have been changing the hearts and minds of our neighbors, the businesses we patronize, and the legislators who represent us in order to achieve greater legal and lived equality for LGBTQ+ Ohioans.

The Equality Ohio Legal Clinic was launched on March 12, 2019, after more than a year of in-depth planning, design, and research. Equality Ohio's legal clinic provides free legal support to LGBTQ+ Ohioans, within 300% of the poverty line, who are experiencing legal hardship because of their sexual orientation or gender identity/expression. Our legal team is comprised of practicing attorneys and knowledgeable staff advocates who can provide concrete assistance with legal matters.
