Chapman's Dachshund Rescue Photo Calendar Contest - 2025
It's only a $10 donation to enter so go find your favorite picture or your pup(s) because it is time to enter our photo calendar contest! For the very best chance to win, be sure to spread the word about your dog's entry into the contest and "beg" your family, friends and coworkers to go online and vote for your photo. You can use the sharing button that appears on your dog's photo page to share your photo entry with your Facebook friends. You can also email links to family, friends, and coworkers to encourage voting for your dog's photo. This will help you receive votes for your photo while helping us raise donations to support Chapman's Dachshund Rescue!

Mark your calendars! During our contest on four Friday's at 8PM on 9/13, 9/20, 9/27 and 10/4 the photo with the most NEW votes will receive a $25 Amazon gift card. Weekly prizes and their winners will be announced on our Facebook page.

We will have thumbnail sized versions of all the photos submitted of their pet(s) featured on the collage page in the 2025 Chapman's Dachshund Rescue calendar!
Our facility is located on our 13 acre farm. We live on the property - so we are never far away from our dogs. Our kids help and our family has an overwhelming love for Dachshunds. We have multiple doggie rooms and abundantly sized fenced yards. Our goal is to make the Dachshunds as comfortable and happy as possible here until their forever home is found, no matter how long it takes.
Since we are a private rescue the only way we can operate is by collecting adoption fees and with donations. Adoption fees alone do not cover the medical care expenses with incur with each dog. Donations, money from our own pockets, assistance from local supporters, and logistical and grooming/bathing help from The Pet Village allows us to do what we do.
We are recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and State of South Carolina as a non-profit organization and are listed in Guidestar. Non-Profit Status Notice: Our EIN is 46-2650515. We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, as determined by the IRS. Monetary and in-kind donations may be tax deductible, subject to applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction.
- Each entry is $10 tax deductible donation to Chapman's Dachshund Rescue
- Multiple entries are encouraged, and honorary dachshunds are welcomed too. Dogs do not need to be rescue alumni to enter.
- Photos must be high resolution (to work for the calendar) or they will be returned.
- Dogs only in photos – no humans, or they will be returned.
- All submitted photos will be shared on Chapman's Dachshund Rescue Facebook page.
- All entries must be the original work of the entrant. You must own the copywrite the photograph.
- Entries will be taken throughout the contest period.
- Voting will commence at 8:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, September 6, 2024 and run until 8:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, October 6, 2024.
- Voting is easy and fun! Votes are $1 each. Each dollar donated equals an equivalent number of votes (a $5 donation equals 5 votes, a $10 donation equals 10 votes, etc.). *We will also have a "BOGO sale" on votes for a limited time during the contest!!
