A little about me...
Bennie was born at a shelter. He was one in a litter of three. One of his siblings died. Bennie was adopted from the shelter. In the meantime, his sister went to a dachshund rescue and was adopted. Then, Bennie was returned to the shelter through no fault of his own. Fortunately, the dachshund rescue agreed to take him. The rescue posted him on its Facebook page, my husband and I saw him, and the rest is history. We adopted him at four months of age and he is now four years old. He has four dog and two human siblings. He loves to cuddle, bark at everything, and bury himself in blankets. We love him to the moon and back and don’t know what we would do without him.
