Charlies Crusaders Pet Rescue is excited to be holding a special Photo contest highlighting adopted and rescued pets and the people who love them. At Charlie's Crusaders, we are committed to save shelter and abandoned dogs, and we know that there are many others just as committed as we are. We want to see photos of your pets which show how much you love and care about them.
By submitting your photo you'll have a chance of getting into our 2025 Adoption Calendar which will be printed and sold later this year. Plus, voters will be donating $1 for every vote which will be donated to Charlie's Crusaders Pet Rescue! So, even if you don't win, you'll be helping us save more pets.

Grand Prize ($560 value):
Winner will receive a beautiful basket filled with treats and toys for your dog ($400 value), a water & chain custom painting, as well as your winning photo (or photo of your choice) on the cover of Charlie's Crusaders 2025 Calendar and the month of your choice. You will also receive two copies of the calendar
Second Place ($200 value):
Second place will receive $50 each gift card for Tractor Supply, Amazon, and Visa. Your photo (or photo of your choice) will be featured in the Charlie's Crusaders 2025 Calendar on the month of your choice. You will also receive two copies of the calendar
Third Place ($125 value):
Third place will receive a $50 each gift card for Tractor Supply and Amazon. Your photo (or photo of your choice) will be featured in the Charlie's Crusaders 2025 Calendar on the month of your choice. You will also receive one copy of the calendar
Fourth through Twelfth Place:
The fourth through twelfth place winners will each have their winning photo featured in the 2025 Charlie's Crusaders Calendar
All other entrants will be featured on a collage page for the calendar.
The contest will begin on 8:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, September 22, 2024
and end on 11:00:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, October 13, 2024.
- Photos must be landscape (horizontally-oriented). Vertical or square submissions will NOT be considered for feature spots in the calendar.
- Photos must be reasonably clear and in-focus, with a resolution of 5MP/ 300dpi or higher. Electronic submissions should be maximum quality – pixelated images will NOT be considered for feature spots in the calendar. Generally, photos taken with a mobile phone do NOT have high enough resolution.
- Photos with red eyes or glowing eyes will not be accepted.
- Please submit photos with pets only. No humans allowed!
- Photos may be color, black and white, or sepia toned. No other digital effects will be accepted.
- Photo submissions must include:
- Name of pet
- Owner's Name
- Date Pet was Adopted
- Owner's Email Address
- Owner's City and State
- Charlie's Crusaders has final approval on all photos submitted.
- Submitted photos become the property of Charlie's Crusaders. Charlie's Crusaders reserves the right to crop, resize, or edit a photo if necessary.
- There is a $15 minimum donation for each photo submitted.
- Each vote is $1 (required minimum of 5 votes) and 100% of the proceeds will be used to help rescue and rehome dogs in the MidSouth.
