A little about me...
Rupert came to his forever home a mystery. His foster parents had no background about him. Months later, his new Mom discovered by accident that he sings (loudly) along with harmonica and accordian music. He also knows a few tricks like "roll over" and "speak". Who knew he was so accomplished?
