Cat's Story
Remo was found along side the road: weak, malnourished, covered in ticks. At ~6 weeks old, he weighed only a third of what he should have.

Remo was suffering from dehydration, severe malnutrition, and tick paralysis. It took two weeks before he was able to even lift his head on his own and another week before he was trying to walk. It was discovered that Remo is deaf, and that the tendons and ligaments in one of his leg had been torn, likely from an attack or being hit by a car. The vet decided the best option for Remo would be amputation of the leg when he gets older.

Remo is now thriving in his foster home while waiting for the amputation. He plays and wrestles with the other foster cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, and rabbits. He is a special little guy who beat all the odds.
