Cat's Story
Johnny came to SNAP as a very frail, sick and tiny kitten. He had a horrible upper respitory infection and his eyes were both terribly infected. He had to have one eye removed and is nearly blind in the other. Johnny also had FIP, but he took the 84 shots of medication to cure him. While he was at SNAP, as sick as he was, he always loved attention and would come to the front of his cage to greet anyone that walked toward him and purr for them. He has always been such a sweet, brave and determined little boy and has overcome so much!

We adopted Johnny from SNAP in 2023 when he was less than a year old. He brings us so much love, laughter and joy each day. He is beautiful inside and out. The fact that he is nearly blind doesn’t slow him down at all. Johnny LOVES to play, especially with his skitter toy, makes a game out of chasing treats and loves to be pulled around in the “kitty wagon”. He loves his sisters, Scout and Zuzu, and he is always up for a game of wrestling with them! He is very smart, it took him no time to learn the “ropes” when he came home, right down to running with his sisters to greet the mailman. He loves to be with us, follows us everywhere, cuddles in our arms and sleeps with us. We love him so much and are so happy that Johnny adopted us!
