About Us

Central New York’s Spay Neuter Assistance Program (CNY SNAP) is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We are committed to offering affordable spay/neuter services and finding loving homes for cats and kittens through our adoption program in Cortland and with PetSmart in DeWitt, as well as our Barn Cat program.

We rely on grants, adoptions, and donations for our funding. Funding supports our spay/neuter program and care of our many adoptable cats. Our core mission is to create a positive impact in our community by addressing the issue of cat and dog overpopulation in Central New York.
