Q: Does my dog or cat have to be from the rescue organization I choose to receive my winnings?
A: NO! The point of this is to raise awareness and funds for various rescues and to help pay it forward. No need to have gotten your pet from them.
Q: If I don’t choose a rescue to give the winnings to, can I keep the money?
A: No! The whole point of this contest is to PAW (pay) IT FORWARD! Let’s help those rescues we love with some much needed cash! (But you will get some fun Cold Noses Swag!)
Q: Does the rescue I choose have to be a dog or cat rescue?
A: Our only criteria is that they are a 501 c 3 non-profit animal rescue.
Q: Can I vote for my own pics?
A: Of Course! We encourage you to do so! And don’t forget to ask friends, family and spread the word on social media too!
Q: Does the rescue I nominate really get ½ the money I raise?
A: Yes! For example of you raise $500 through your photo votes, then your nominated rescue will receive $250 and Cold Noses will use the rest for its own life-saving programs. If you’re photo is Grand Prize winner, your rescue will get ½ the money you raised PLUS $1000! (So in this example they would get $250+$1000= $1250)
