• There is a $5 entry fee to submit a photo into the contest (this will also give you 5 votes), all we ask is that you share your photo with your friends and your families and try to collect as many votes as possible. You may submit as many photographs as you like, each entry will be $5.
• To submit photos, click on the Participate Tab above and follow the directions to upload a photograph of your pet. Entries must be received before noon on 09/28/2023.
• All votes and entry fees are donations to The Gateway Humane Society and Purrfect Paws Cat Rescue and are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law.
• Once submitted, all photos become the property of Coldwell Banker Developac Realty and may be shared with sponsors for promotional purposes.  SGC#36

• Photos must contain one pet.
• Any image that contains content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent or obscene, as determined by the staff of Coldwell Banker Developac Realty, will be removed from the Photo Fundraiser and submitter will forfeit their entry fee.
• Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant, OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner to submit their pet's image. If the photo includes underaged children, written consent for the photo entry must be provided if asked.

• You can WIN one of 11 great prizes by having friends and family vote for your pet's photo.  ALL ENTERIES ARE ELIGIBLE TO WIN PRIZES!
• Once a photo is submitted, it will appear in the online gallery on Coldwell Banker Developac Realty's contest website, and be open to voting by the general public. Votes are $1 each.
• All votes for photo submissions will be tabulated and displayed online once the contest ends.
• To vote, click on the Participate tab above. The online voting period will start at Noon on 09/01/2023 and end at Noon on 09/28/23.
• Ending time for the Photo Fundraiser will be determined by the host website's server, which will show prominently on the Photo Fundraiser website as a countdown clock on the last day of the fundraiser.
• The dog photograph with the most votes (donations) at the end of the submission period will be crowned the TOP DOG (FAN FAVORITE) and win a special prize and the cat photograph with the most votes (donations) at the end of the submission period will be crowned the KING or QUEEN KITTY (FAN FAVORITE) and will win a special prize. Prizes awarded valued at $250 each!
• All other entries can win prizes too! They will be viewed by a panel of local celebrity judges who will select from all entries a FIRST, SECOND and THIRD PLACE Winner in 3 categories:  (1) DOGS, (2) CATS and (3) OTHER...... each of these 9 Winners will also each receive a prize.
• (First, Second and Third place winners will not be determined by vote count, all entries are eligible)
• In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected by our panel of celebrity judges.

• Prize winners will be announced Friday, Sept 29th, 2023 on our COLDWELL BANKER DEVELOPAC REALTY Facebook page and prizes will be available to claim at our Sept 30th  FALL PET EVENT at our Treasure Lake office.   SGC#36

Because there's nothing like coming home — especially when there's a furry friend waiting on the other side of the door.  This is Coldwell Banker Developac Realty's Seventh Annual Pet Event, and it is a great way for us to connect with our community and give back to two local shelters; The Gateway Humane Society and to The Purrfect Paws Cat Rescue.
