Prizes

Here are the details about how the winners of the photo contest will be determined and what they can expect:

• The top 14 entrants with the most votes will be declared winners.
• The entrant with the highest number of votes will win the coveted cover photo spot for the 2025 calendar and earn the title of Colorado's Next Top Pet Model!
• Winners ranked 2nd through 13th will have their pets featured as Pets of the Month.
• The 14th place winner will be photographed as an alternate. They will receive the same prizes as winners ranked 3rd through 13th but will only be featured as a Pet of the Month if any of the top 13 winners are unable to participate.
• All top 14 vote-getters will have their pets professionally photographed by Furever Friends Pet Photography for the 2025 calendar.

Additionally, the top 14 vote-getters will receive fantastic goody bags filled with treats, toys, and supplies as a token of appreciation.

• The 1st Grand Prize Winner will receive... ooh this is good...
  • The coveted Cover Photo of the 2025 Colorado Pet Pantry Calendar
  • Two tickets to the Raise the Woof! Party for a Cause on August 10th
  • Two Colorado Pet Pantry Wine Tumblers
  • A goody basket including toys and premium treats.
  The runner up (second place) pet will also receive:

• All winners will have the opportunity to purchase products and images following their session, if desired.
• If your pet is one of the 14 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your pet to Furever Friends Pet Photography at a pre-selected location in the Denver area between June 8th-June 16th, 2024, or Grand Junction on June 7th for a professional outdoor photo session. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions. Special consideration may be given to pets who are located within the greater Denver Metro area to be photographed at home. If you'd like your pet photographed at home please contact Kris at Furever Friends directly to verify eligibility before joining the contest.
  

Weekly Prizes:
The first four weeks of the contest, we will award goodie to the pet with the most new votes that week. We will announce the winners every Monday.

Benchmark Prizes:

The top 13 pets will each win a spot in our 2025 Calendar. Their calendar feature photo will be professionally shot by Furever Friends Photography, returning from her new Idaho residence just to photograph the winners! 

BONUS: If we pass the $15,000 fundraising mark, each of the top 14 pets will receive a 16x20 Canvas or Metal Wall Print ($480 value) of their pet's calendar feature photo.

Runner up BONUS prize: Every pet entered with at least 100 votes at 8:00:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Friday, May 31, 2024 will be entered to win a pair of tickets to our fundraiser Raise the Woof! Party for a Cause on August 10th.
