A little about me...
When we lost Patience over five years ago, we were too heartbroken to consider another Basset. Instead, we took a detour and brought our Shetland Sheepdog Kenzie into our lives. Shelties are a different experience altogether and we love her very much. But we were finally ready for another Basset, so Sage joined us in March. Now 17wks old, Sage has proven to be one of the most high-energy & intelligent Bassets that we've ever had. She is completely fearless, investigating anything new and interesting- including Kenzie. While Kenzie wanted a companion, I think Sage is more than she bargained for. Sage is also very affectionate, loving all people and showing it by promptly rolling over for tummy rubs. We're looking forward to bringing Sage out to Basset events and having her meet everyone... just be ready to rub that plump puppy tummy.
