Murphy was ailing from an upper respiratory virus and had an infection in her eye. She was shy and not ready to be picked up and held. But she did reach out and tap me through the cage bars and we knew immediately we had to take her home. It took her a few days to come out of her shell, but she soon became comfortable in her new home and before long she was healthy and happy and posing for photos.
