Babies is my “foster failure”. I fell in love with her quirky personality and how she saw me as her mākuahine; she my fur keiki. Her siblings adapted to fostering wikiwiki so they picked on the “baby,” both were later adopted although I wanted to keep Nala and Dora. MHS found loving homes for my other fosters. Da Babies was mine. She’s been the best companion I could ever ask for.. even if she is a little Maui princess popoki. She is loving in her own kolohe way and cuddles when queen B feels like it.. eats the finest of tunas, is lolo but akamai, wakes her mama when she wants attention and turns on the a/c when the temperature is not to her liking. My ohana looks like the inside of a cat playroom.. and features da Babies favorite aroma: catnip. I spend more money on her than myself but she’s my fur baby automatic. She loves stalking lizards and geckos and we make a great team when it comes to killing unwanted insects. She’s the best even if she pā’akiki. I love Da Babies, she’s my punahele! She even give honi honi. anyone who has the pleasure of meeting her falls in love too.
