Belle was born in Georgia and found her way to Morris Animal Refuge. Her owner saw her at a Morris event and took her home to Center City Philadelphia. Despite being a sophisticated city dog, Belle loves the outdoors. She can run for miles, and her athleticism draws a lot of attention in dog parks and hiking trails. She never barks, loves all humans and other dogs, and is always down to snuggle. She is a quintessential sweetheart and thanks you in advance for your vote!
